Our Journey
The Bush Baths journey had its inception among a spirited group of adventure-seeking individuals who had a deep passion for fishing, hunting, and diving. Every year, these keen lads would embark on a pilgrimage to Fiordland, located in the South Island of New Zealand. They would establish their camp and venture into the wild in pursuit of formidable game and prized catches. While the terrain was undeniably rugged and the weather capricious, with an annual rainfall of 7 meters, they often found themselves contending with soaking wet and bone-chilling conditions.
One evening, as they returned to their camp after a strenuous day of spearfishing, the idea of relaxing in a hot tub beneath the starry expanse of the wilderness, with a cold beer in hand, began to take root in their minds. This notion sparked their imagination and set their wheels turning. However, they faced a formidable obstacle—the conventional hot tubs available in the market were unwieldy, cumbersome, and ill-suited for the demands of their adventurous escapades. Undeterred by this challenge, they resolved to embark on a mission that would redefine the hot tub industry in New Zealand.
